Series 4. Online Safety and Security

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds within five days of receiving your order.

What can be returned?

• You can return unused toolkits in their original packaging.
• If the toolkit is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately.

What can't be returned?

• We cannot accept returns for used toolkits due to the nature of the product.

How to return an item:

• Contact us by email: tomaddieonline@gmail.com to request a return authorization (RA) number within five days of receiving your order.
• Repack the toolkit securely in its original packaging.
• Include a copy of your packing slip or receipt inside the box.
• Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the return package.
• We will send you the address for shipping the package via email.

Return shipping costs:

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or damage upon arrival.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for your own protection.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned toolkit and verify it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs, within five business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer exchanges for returned toolkits. However, you can return your unwanted item and place a new order for the desired toolkit.

We print the toolkits on demand, and we will endeavour to post them on time. We require 5 working days for the process of printing + five working days for shipping.
